Pagi2 dtg kje da kne taste burger MASAM!!!! arghhh stress tau!!! sanggup ke korg mkn daging burger yg da masam (rosak) ?.. adoi... choi.... bukan sekeping plak tuh.. arghhh.. nie sume pasal budak2 production!! org da ckp lps packing terus simpan dlm cold room!!! emm stress weh!!! ble tnye pasal timing ngn temperature b4 and after packing sume ckp ikot procedure!!!.. klo ikot procedure xkan la bley rosak!!!

Separuh hari hOtspUrz bkejar amek sample utk microbe test ngn sensory.. emm ape la nasib... haha..

Lps lunch plak, ingatkan bley relax2 sket.. tp dpt call plak utk discuss pasal HACCP!!! adoi.... emm "after I discuss with GM regarding to the HACCP co-ordinator / team leader we decided that yOu are the only food tech here and able to take that responsibility" so we hope that u able to give fully commitment for HACCP implementation.

polisi yg mmg xmenguntungkan staff!! company yg menang!!! mileage utk bwh 500 km rm 0.40 but lebih 500 km tm 0.30!!!! dan g mne2 training or audit naek kete sendiri!!! tgk!!! spe yg untung?? minyak hitam + servis kete?? spe kne tanggung??? ingat mileage tu cukup?? staff allowance utk outstation manager rm 50, exec rm30 but staff allowance ni applicable utk stay more than 1 nite.. klo half day BAHAGI LA 2!!!

emm lagi luah lagi sakit la plak hati ni.. enough la post kali neh..

Last intvw kat nestle utk manufacturing tech.. within 2 weeks after intvw we will call back.. if u didn't receive any call that means unsuccessful.. so mmg da 2 minggu sudah!!! but i'm still positive!!! mungkin Rezeki daripada-Nya belum sampai.. namun hOtspUrz masih terus mencuba. mne tau ade peluang dan rezeki lain..

kecewa?? bohong la kan klo hOtspUrz ckp xkecewa..memang la hOtspUrz kecewa sangat2.. mne tak nye sume BIG company & MNC hOtspUrz da cube.. 1st try Kraft Penang, Kerry Ing, Maestro Swiss - wat minuman malt coklat vico.. sume gagal walaupun 1 of that company viewed hOtspUrz punye resume 6 kali!!! but myb ade candidate lain yg lebih hebat!!!... but hOtspUrz da beri yg terbaek!!!... actually hOtspUrz dpt perbaiki segala kelemahan sbnrnye.. dari setiap intvw hOtspUrz akan perbaiki segala kelemahan yg mmg ada!! ye la kan manusia xde yg perfect!!! but hOtspUrz try to improve!!!

Yang terbaru, hOtspUrz dpt email dari KFC marketing... alhamdulillah!! ada yg respon ngn application hOtspUrz!!InsyaAllah dengan berkat dari-Nya rezeki tuh akan ada dimana-mana, cuma terus berdoa agar dimurahkan rezeki dan dibuka pintu rezeki.. 27 june 2011 neh hOtspUrz akan turun KL sekali lagi.. kawan2 tolong doakan kejayaan hOtspUrz ya.. aminn..
