hOtspUrz.... HACCP co-ordinator??

Semakin hari semakin dibebani dengan tanggungjawab.. huhhh.. hari ni bOs xdtg kje!!! xtau la g. ckp nak amek half day.. tp smp pkl 6 ptg pun xnampak btg hidung.. selalunye bOs xdtg bley la mengular!!! haha... tp hari ni kje byk la pulek..

Dari pagi sampai ke ptg bertambah2 kje.. Pagi2 dtg kje da kne taste burger MASAM!!!! arghhh stress tau!!! sanggup ke korg mkn daging burger yg da masam (rosak) ?.. adoi... choi.... bukan sekeping plak tuh.. arghhh.. nie sume pasal budak2 production!! org da ckp lps packing terus simpan dlm cold room!!! emm stress weh!!! ble tnye pasal timing ngn temperature b4 and after packing sume ckp ikot procedure!!!.. klo ikot procedure xkan la bley rosak!!!

Separuh hari hOtspUrz bkejar amek sample utk microbe test ngn sensory.. emm ape la nasib... haha..

Lps lunch plak, ingatkan bley relax2 sket.. tp dpt call plak utk discuss pasal HACCP!!! adoi.... emm "after I discuss with GM regarding to the HACCP co-ordinator / team leader we decided that yOu are the only food tech here and able to take that responsibility" so we hope that u able to give fully commitment for HACCP implementation.

arghhh!!! bala bala... ni semua bala neh.... haha senang2 je dorg neh wat decision!! tak bincang pape pun but then terus bg responsibility!! emm tp nasib baek QA manager nak tlg back up for the beginning..

emm lps discuss punye discuss hOtspUrz pun redha je.. walaupun xde exp dlm HACCP implementation ape salahnye kan?? bley gain lots of knowledge then HACCP neh sgt2 berguna utk future!!! nak jump to others company pun senang nt coz da ade background dlm HACCP Team.. hehe.. emm asyk pk nak jump to others company je kan. hOtspUrz!!! huhu..

pape pun InsyaAllah akan cuba wat yg terbaek!!! walaupun hati da tak de...

eh lupe plak nak gtau korg sume!! HACCP tuh stand for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point!! system yg sangat2 penting dlm food industries utk make sure food safety dan reduce food hazard potential.. (ala maksud hOtspUrz nak avoid keracunan makanan lor dan reduce pathogenic microorganisms).
